poetry

inner strenght

Dim shades tear on your side
A sound of uncanny howl
Unleash your nature
Show what else you would hide
Become the one who shall growl

faces

Imagine a construct
That’s built to obstruct
What world is real?
Which face to reveal?

One for society
One for our friends
One for the socials
And all of its trends
One for our lovers
Until the romance ends
Occasionally put
What just perfectly blends

But let’s unwind
Take off the routine’s grey coat
All of this madness
Comes when you go down that road
Instead find the one
That you can truly call yours
And once you have found it
It opens all the closed doors

lovely

The look in your eye
Both cheeky and shy
Lets time just fly by

A smooch on the cheek
My knees getting weak
Very close to the peak

Gentle kiss on the lips
Your hands on both hips
Stealing all of my wits

Now take me away
and escape all the grey
With you the world is okay

hypocrite

A smirkey smile on your baby face
Behind blue eyes a frozen gaze
feigning your laughter to be real
Never asking how others might feel
Thinking of money as the greatest good
Blind to see you’ve misunderstood

No care for things that actually matter
It’s tiring to follow your pointless chatter
Forcing your judgment on everyone else
A cold heart of ice that just never melts

With frequent regularity
You ask me for sincerity
Though when I show you verity
You’d rather urge hipocrisy
Well, now that I consider it
I think you are a hypocrite

period.

She is my friend – though
Again and again
She causes me pain
Her mood affects mine
Shivers through my spine
Comes silent or loud
My thoughts a red cloud

Some day she’ll be gone
I’m afraid of that one
Cause it means she has died
Takes the things from inside
That were youthful and light
Period.

No control how to feel
Those hormones ain’t real
Or are they indeed?
What is it I need?
She confuses my mind
But I know she is kind
She doesn’t mean harm
Sometimes an alarm
I’m glad she is there
She always takes care
And just wants my best
Heart beats in my chest
A check if I’m healthy
For others she’s stealthy

reflection of a
weak man

Look at this lady
Oh she’s so sweet
Her love I desire
Feeling her heat

I show her my vigor
Talking only ´bout me
No need to listen
Don’t want to agree

Her face is so pretty
she won’t need a mind
But oh now I see
She tries to rewind

Wants to tell me her story
Wants to use her own voice
That’s too hard to handle
Guess I’ve no other choice

I will have to leave soon
´Cause she’s much too strong
And although I quite like her
well I know it’s all wrong

Don’t wanna control her
I just cannot stand
When a woman is stronger
Than what I do pretend

Better find me a lady
That is equally sweet
Who won’t cause any trouble
Empty dolls are what I need

Though instead of directness
Leaving things very fair
I’d prefer it most simple
And rather just ghost her

But there’s one thing for sure
That however obscure
The world seems to be
Let your emotions speak free

Because after all
You don’t need to haul
Everything by your own
Don’t become that old crone

I’m here to embrace
Show you of all of your grace
And lead you right back
On the cheerful joy track
To smile bright as the light
That you’re wearing inside

inner child

Hey Inner child
So reckless and wild
Joyful at heart
Both foolish and smart

Telling jokes all day long
Singing a silly bold song
Laughing out loud
Lighten up a grey crowd
With the shine of your soul
Jump like a young foal

That’s the fun side in you
But there’s more that comes through
Sometimes you’re just quiet
No longer a riot

Rather thoughtful or sad
Hiding in the depths of your bed
At times even scared
As if nobody cared
